Check-in / Check-out Polices

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Check-in: 15:00 hrs

Check-out: 11:00 hrs

Late check-out hour: 14:00 hrs

Late check-out Fees: 50%

Late check out (after 11:00 hrs  and before 14:00 hrs) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancellation Policies :

Cancellations will not be allowed for high season or bank holidays.

For low season the following policies will be applied:

  • A 100% fee will be applied to all cancellations done 14 days prior to the date of arrival. 

  • In case of NO-SHOW the whole stay will be charge. 

  • Confirmed reservations through a bank transfer or bank deposit will not be refundable.

Terms and Conditions
  • Excessive noise is not allowed after 23:00hrs.

  • The Hotel is a non smoking establishment , smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common areas.

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed in common areas.


Children Policy:

  • Only 18 years old and above.

Payment and check-in Policy:

  • Full payment of the reservation is required at the moment of the check-in.

  • An official Id is required at the moment of the check-in.

Pets Policy:

Pets are not allowed (only in the restaurant)

Reservation Policies:

The reservation will be confirmed when the guest has provided the Hotel with a:

      a)  A Credit card details, Visa or Mastercard.
      b) A deposit or bank transfer to the Hotel's account for the total amount of the reservation.

All personal  information will be exclusively used for Hotel purposes.

Policy Modifications:

  • Modifications will not be accepted  during high season, bank holidays or once the check-in has been done. The Hotel has the right to apply any modification fee, if necessary. The Hotel must be notified by email: reservaciones@lospilareshotel.com of any changes on the reservation. In case of extending the number of nights no modification fee will be applied and the extension will depend on the hotel's availability.
